• 2oz Lobos 1707 Joven Tequila

• 1oz Lime Juice

• .75oz Simple Syrup

• Blueberry Jam

• Build all ingredients, excluding the jam, in the mixing tin over draft ice

• Shake hard for 10 seconds

• Pack rocks glass with pebble ice into mound, making sure ice is compact

• Strain cocktail over ice to fill the glass ONLY 3/4 of the way full

• Pile silver spoon high with blueberry jam and rest on top of ice mound
