In the heart of Aspen, during the World Snow Polo Championship, beneath the rustic rafters of Kemo Sabe, Lobos 1707 hosted an intimate journey through the art of our tequila. Surrounded by the timeless craftsmanship of custom leather and felt, our founder, Diego Osorio, led guests through an exclusive guided tasting experience. The evening was a celebration of legacy and patience. Diego shared the story behind our unique PX Sherry wine barrel finishing process, starting with the bright, balanced notes of our Reposado. As the mountain air cooled, the tasting deepened, moving through our sophisticated portfolio to the crowning moment: the Extra Añejo. Aged for over three years to reach its peak, the Extra Añejo served as the perfect finale for our guests, a testament to what happens when tradition meets a modern vision. At Kemo Sabe, we didn’t just share a drink; we shared the spirit of the Lobos legacy.
